QHF20 is a manual lever-operated, 1-spool monoblock directional control valve designed for reliable on/off and direction switching of cylinders or hydraulic motors in mobile hydraulics. It supports high throughput (140 L/min) for fast actuator response while maintaining a compact monoblock structure to reduce potential leakage paths and simplify installation. Maximum working pressure is 19 MPa, suitable for common construction, material handling, agricultural, and industrial vehicle hydraulic circuits. Port configurations include G3/4 and G1 (BSPP) for inlet/outlet and working ports, making it easy to match existing hose/fitting standards. The valve operates across a wide oil viscosity range (15–75 mm²/s typical; usable 12–400 mm²/s) and ambient temperatures from -20°C to +80°C, supporting cold-start and high-heat jobsite environments. Typical applications include lift/tilt functions on loaders, auxiliary lines on excavators, mast/lift functions on forklifts, and general hydraulic function control on telehandlers and tractors.
